The problem with the Tomahawks is not so much the training (the UK can provide that as we also have Tomahawks), its the launching system. They are designed to be launched from ships and/or submarines which Ukraine doesn't have but they DO have land launch systems that are capable of launching Tomahawks. Using those Ukraine could put more pressure on Putin by striking at his war infrastructure (eg oil refineries, explosive and drone factories etc). They are already doing this but Putin is moving his factories further east so they are out of range. Tomahawks would bring those factories back in range
By contrast, Putin is using long range missiles to strike at Ukraine's civilian infrastructure. Trying to cut off the electricity and water supplies to civilians so they suffer more over the winter
In other words, Ukraine is going after war infrastructure and Putin is going after civilian infrastructure
No electricity right now
I still could post this thanks to batteries and LTE

Obviously russians will have some advances. They are bigger and richer. Their society is ok with massive losses.
But these aren't enough to win this war.
They captured 1% in 2024 and maybe 1% in 2025
And they even not close to any major city. Big cities MUCH harder to capture than small ones.
So chill and send the weapons)

Will all the Ukrainians who fled the war go back once it's over to help rebuild the country?

On a strategic level, Russia has already lost this war.
Putin planned to knock out Ukraine in just a few weeks, prevent NATO spreading east and to weaken the NATO alliance. Nearly 4 years later and he's lost over 1.1 million casualties with millions more having fled the country to avoid the draft. Ukraine still stands and NATO is stronger than ever. Both Sweden and Finland have joined the alliance meaning Putin's border with NATO is now twice as long as before the war. Russia is now the most sanctioned country in the world and the Russian economy is in dire straights.
Everything Putin set out to achieve, he has FAILED

Key strategic city Pokrovsk has for all intents fallen to the Russians. Not good for Ukraine.
