simple ways to spot a program not doing well

For past 3 weeks my rep has decided to ignore me and my missing payment from April 1st, after 4 years with the program I want the $2300+ I earned in that pay period. It always goes the same way, they stop updating or promoting on forums, they stop replying to posts, DM's and emails and hope affiliates give up asking for the payments. Not this web girl, i work way too hard every day to just forget my payout. She has until Monday to get with me or pay me at the last tell me when I can get paid, sh has my wire info or else her name and program is going to make it on this and the other forum come Tuesday.

The stop promoting their sites on forums, the reps stop replying to affiliates, payments start getting late.

You heard it here I see all 3 happen when programs are hurting for sales and money.

It is no excuse to run off with the affiliates money,pay them and close up be a man about it.

When my payment is not on time I give them a week, after that I dumped them.

Im always astonished by the stories you guys mention on here about sponsors not paying etc.

From day one (over 20 years ago now) we've had a strict policy that no affiliate payout will EVER be late regardless of the reasons. One month somebody had hacked our company credit card and the bank had to send us a new one. It was going to take several days which would have meant the payouts would be late. So I stepped in and paid everybody from my personal savings rather than having a late payout

Surely sponsors must realize that not paying affiliates on time is the quickest way to piss them off ????
