How are they going to do a criminal background check across different countries ??? Obviously they have content providers all over the world so they would have to be able to run a background check in that persons country. I wouldn't have thought that would be very easy to do.

For example, I would think the European Data Protection Act might have something to say about a foreign porn company trying to get personal details on one of its citizens without a recognized court order
