Have you ever experienced an anxiety attack
Guess who did yesterday, my friend thought I was having a cardiac arrest drove me to the emergency department at the local hospital. Blood tests, ekg, chest x-rays. They said it was an anxiety attack. Where did that come about at my age. I'm not 65 or in bad shape.

The fastest way to release a panic attack is to open your mouth, stick out your tongue, and breathe slowly. Ideally, get on your knees and lean on your hands. tested by experience.

I will try this next time, my blood pressure was 197/104 and my heart rate 176 beats per minute. I have never experienced anything like this before.

sure thing ended up in an ambulance the first time, spent hours at the emergency, blood works, xrays you name it, the 2nd time I was diagnosed with panic attacks, I was told to cut down on the coffee. I get them once in a while.

There is nothing wrong with admitting you have a medical condition, talking about it and getting support is always good.
