I have a couple cams whales who spend upwards of $5K each a month.

The most I have seen this year is 3 months renewals, most cancel after a month.

Bring back free trials, it is a fantastic marketing tool. It makes sales in mainstream all the time.

This business like any other monthly subscription based business is all about re-occuring payments, why sell yourself short make a couple of bucks more the first month and not long term rebilling money.

We have tried 2 or 3 day trials many times over the years and each time our analysis showed they were BAD for business

We all know that a lot of users will sign up and then cancel straight away because they don't like the idea of rebills. The problem is those users that would have signed up for a month, instead go for the 3 day trial. Many of them come back a few months later for another 3 day trial, then another trial and so on.

So instead of making $30 sales each time, your only making $2 or $3 sales
