Move to Sylmar I just moved there a few weeks ago, 3 bed 2 bath home , 1540 sq ft, 12K lot need landscaping and sod but that can wait, for 388K, only put down 10% and very nice place to be.I see my self living here for a very long time.

I would not move from LA , I like our beaches and city night life no matter the price
