With Host4porn you can use private nameservers as long as you own the domain you are using, you just have to register the nameserver at the registrar and set them at the server level. We provide amazing connectivity and great support services. Our plans are well equipped with resources and our prices are very competitive. I have it free from my host webline-solutions, and it looks nice to me, I used to pay for private name servers on the board.

No you don't. All you need to do is register the name servers (in your domain dns settings at the registrar) and then set them as name servers for all your sites. It doesn't matter if your sites are on the same ip or on different ip's. Since you're registering name servers on ns1, ns2, etc you can still run a site on the domain as well if you want.
