Seriously, it has been proven time and time again, that one they are being let IN to the military because of DEI / NOT merit.
It has been proven time and time again that mixing sexes in the military causes issues, so what do you think letting people in with mental issues will do?

Canada has a military, guess they need to let anyone in to have enough to call it a military?CanadianChick wrote: ↑May 19th, 2025, 9:20 amOur military openly welcomes LGBTQ+ individuals to serve, we are more inclusive.
Asking, I do not know and am not implying anything.
I personally do not give a shit who is in the military that is qualified to be in the military.
In America, allowing women in greatly increased the cost of the military, then allowing trans in greatly increased the cost of the military.
Financially does not seem efficient and the quality did go DOWN.

I see nothing wrong with letting every body who wants to serve be in the military it is their country as much as mine or yours.

That statement is why there is so much issue with allowing every body in any job.
NOT every body is qualified to be in the military.
About 10% of the population is not mentally capable of being in the military.
Another 15% is not physically capable of being in the military.
This does NOT include mental issues that keep people from qualifying.
A strong military needs strong, intelligent capable people. The military does NOT need everybody.
When anybody is allowed in the military the military is then distracted by all the NON capable people they have to deal with.
Not everyone can be a doctor, a nurse, a police officer, a firefighter, a waitress, a cook, or carry a gun.
Anyone that has ever supervised people in a professional setting knows that most people at the entry level to the military are not that educated and capable. This is why so many go into the military, to learn to be educated and capable.
Why let the NOT capable slow down the others? Why let the people that can not be educated slow down the others?
Why let those with KNOWN mental issues slow down the others?
Just the cost of letting NON males into the military has increased the average cost per person almost double.
I can go on.
Rights? You have no right to get into anywhere you do not qualify to go. We should not lower the standard to allow anyone do anything they want.

I agree with you boss, if there is one job that requires the utmost best candidates it is the military. You do not want a half ass military defending the country because they got hired based on some quotas or DEI rules.

You summed it up in a few words.
