Too late MS has decided they want people to migrate to TEAMS.

I use it bcause so many of my contacts were on Skype but it's not as good if you ask me

Since moving over to TEAMS I get a lot less people message me.

Beats me I can not slove this one either, I think teams needs access to your contact list not just people who have registered to teams, I may be wrong.
