I do not know what you have to offer to generate a proposal.

You do not need a partner to be on cams, you turn on the cam and you are live and in business. I never had or want a partner in business.

I think all these people saying they do NOT need partners is the biggest road block.

Two people can accomplish so much more than one.
Many of you will say twice as much, when actually it is exponential growth.

The right two people can do more than ten or even 20 people.

Two people with synergy can do the work 100 could not accomplish.

I feel sad for all of you that are working alone or think you are.

I have several partners. I also own, manage and consult on many businesses.

I have designers that I keep busy. The problem is finding new ones that do not need to be stupervised.
Same with coders.
Do you know how many people are not capable of following directions or doing what they say they are doing when they say they are doing it.

I do NOT WANT to manage it all alone. How can I manage it all alone?

Example:
In 2003 I sold my hosting company, because I was tired of managing managers that would not manage the people under them and because the network admins would not do what they were told to do.
Everyone kept saying things like "they are the network professionals. Why are you telling them how to do their jobs?". Well, "Besides I am the boss and own the company?"
I told them "dumbass, because I built the FN servers, the network and the business and know more about their jobs than they do", obviously. "What you think this business just poofed into existence?"

I took 4 years off. Sat on my ass and played in real estate, tested SEO strategies and worked on a handful of my own sites.

I have better things to do, that make ME more money than for me to spend MY precious time managing servers or managing people. Partners are great for things like this.
Partners, should be, more motivated and invested than employees. Employees can get up and leave at any time.

Have you talked to me?.. I do not communicate well with people I think are idiots, especially when they are idiots.

Most people need to be told what to do, when to do it, etc. and then need someone to stupervise that they actually do it.

Today I was approached by a company to partner with them.
Why, because while doing business with them, they learned how competent and conscientious I am. At least compared to the people they currently are working with.

Hard to find people that even know what "conscientious" means.

Yes, my business is just big enough that I need/want help to make it bigger.
I have already been down the road, several times, hiring people instead of partnering. Works out about the same either way.

I prefer the company of people that have the partnering mentality.

Small businesses and start ups need partners for many reasons.
Financial partners, business administration partners, etc.

What skills are missing from the business can be acquired through a partnership when you can not afford to hire people with those skills or just do not have the skills yourself to hire those people (which seems to be my main issue or missing skill.)Again, Have you talked to me?.. I do not communicate well with people I think are idiots, especially when they are idiots.

Very few people can do everything. Too many people think they can, refuse to partner with the people they need and then wonder why the business failed.

The main point is

Why is it so hard to partner up with anyone in this business?
Finding a compatible partner is tough due to differing goals, trust issues, mismatched work ethics, or difficulty aligning visions and values.

Why would a small business or startup need a partner?
A partner can bring complementary skills, shared financial risk, additional resources, and emotional support to help navigate challenges and growth.

Why do you need a partner if your business isn’t big enough to hire?
A partner provides expertise, decision-making support, and investment that hiring can’t replace, especially when funds are limited or strategic collaboration is needed.

Sometimes, some people, just need someone to hold their hand.

I hear your desire for independence, but the idea of doing what you want, how you want, when you want might not be as absolute as it seems. We all face constraints—time, resources, or learned behaviors shape our actions. For example, even solo entrepreneurs follow market demands or legal rules. Partnerships don’t have to limit freedom; they can amplify it by sharing the load and bringing new perspectives, letting you focus on what you do best

I think you might have a misconception of what a partnership is and how to be a partner/

How much money are your worth?
What is your true potential alone?
Are you single?

How many loans do you have?
How many credit cards to you use?
Do you rent or have a mortgage?

Buying a car (or anything) on credit could be considered partnering with a lender in a loose sense, as it involves a contractual relationship where the lender provides funds and you agree to repay them with interest.

Not sure how doing what you want, how you want, when you want, has anything to do with a partnership?

A few benefits of partnerships, like pooling resources or expertise.
Partnerships can be flexible, tailored to specific projects or goals, without sacrificing freedom.
Start with short-term collaborations to build trust and test compatibility before committing to long-term partnerships.

Partnerships can amplify success but require trust and clear communication to avoid conflicts, especially if you’re used to solo decision-making.
Consider partnerships for specific goals (e.g., funding, skills) rather than full-time collaboration to maintain some autonomy.
Reflect on past collaborations (like with lenders or contractors) to identify what partnership terms work best for your independent style.

Partnerships can be structured to preserve autonomy, like project-based collaborations.
Explore a partnership with clear boundaries to test the waters, ease your concerns about sacrificing personal freedom.

Your a camslut, right? You have partnered and if active are partnering with some company/platform at this very moment.

Solo creators rely on platforms, no one operates entirely alone.

Example, even solo creators rely on platforms, no one operates entirely alone.

I am been making offers for years and only a few on this board have spoken to me and even less taking me up on them.
Almost all of the people that attempted to take me up on my offers, did NOT follow through on their end.

This is a problem with partnerships.

Some big companies started out as partnerships. Google Microsoft had partners.
