[SPONSORCHAT] Cookie notice added to sponsorchat

[TheButcher]

I hope no one really gets mad or irritated with the cookie notice on the site, I had to do it to stay complaint with the cookie law. It's not too obtrusive I hope, just a footer bar where once you accept the cookie disclaimer it goes away.

Peace

[fetishnews]

You really think it is necessary

You really think it is necessary

It's the law why take risks, my 2 cents. On top of that it is a free "Extension" for PHPBB forums. What more can I say. I really hope that footer disclosure is not a big distraction for regulars. I clicked the accept link once yesterday have logged in a number of times since and not seen it again.

I didn't realize CA had a cookie law. I thought only the EU did.

Hi HeidiHoe it's the EU one GDRP but if a visitor or member is from that region best to comply is what I read it as,

I have only seen it the first time since I accepted it.

These cookie notices are on a lot of sites I use and visit, they do not seem that important to me even though I know it is the law to have them.

[webcamhostess]

It's more and more common these days on sites every where
