any of you suffer from anxiety attacks
It seems I have been diagnosed with anxiety attacks. Never had this in my life but ended up in emergency last weekend thinking it was a heart attack. The doctor ran a blood test, chest x-ray and ecg said it wasn't a heart condition but now I have been diagnosed with AA. What the hell causes this. I am not even 40 years old.

Reduce the stress in your life. My mother has it for years. She was always a stressed out woman but has it under control now.

Mine come on from no where, and the doctor said sit down, slowly count backwards from 100 and blow into a paper bag.
But that does not work for me.
What do you do when they start up Bill?

sometimes i try to calm down, deep slow breath in through nose, slowly out through mouth (or visa versa if i don't remember which way to breathe slowly)
othertimes i panic and get out of the situation as fast as possible
feel really stupid about having them

Noose hairs, I remember this from biology class a long time ago. I think I do , the teacher said we breath in form the nose and exhale though the mouth. The reason we have nose hairs is to trap any incoming matter to the lungs the same way cars have air filters.
