People who disagree with going back to work

I don't get why people keep fighting back and arguing for working from home. I understand it became popular during the Covid-19 pandemic, like it or not but hey if you are employed and paid for work then you should do what your employer says about working from the place of employment.


I have had this discussion quite a few times with friend on and offline and it makes no sense. Simply put, Employer pays you then if they say you have to show up at work you either go there or quit.

I bring this up because I just read this article.
