Gentlemen, please advise me.

I want to quit an affiliate program that has a terrible selection of porn games... my earnings are 40% of the minimum payout. I want to quit, take the money, and leave. I don't want to promote them.

But the owner doesn't want to give me money, and he forces me to continue promoting so that I can get the minimum payout.

Does he have the right to do that?
