Any hiring practice based on other than qualification and suitability for the job is bad in my opinion. You hire the best man or woman for the job not based on race, gender or quotas, that is pure and simply dumb.

If you look at any NFL or NHL team just to mention two sports, should black athletes not get the job because there are more black players than there are whites?

Hire the best man or women for the position period.
