Good bye Christmas tree and decorations - Christmas 2024 is over

After a long discussion with the woman I live with and love she agreed that Christ,as is over and we need to put the home back to normal.

That was Christmas 2024 for us.

My girlfriend says leave it up until the 1st so it is. She says it cheers the house up and I am fine with it.

Nah I am still in that Christmas mind set so keeping everything in place for a little longer.

My BFF leaves it up until the 1st and that is what i did this year, happy new year eve.

Christmas and new years is over tomorrow for me, we stayed up late last night welcoming in 2025 so today is relax day and take it easy.

Once I get some energy today the dragon wants the tree and decorations out of sight, I am keeping the lights in my office , they look nice but every where else in the house I have lost my case to keep them up.

It was dry and the branches were drooping down wards not to mention the needles were all over the floor so I took it out last night, not sure what day they have assigned to pick them up but I'll check so I have it out by the curb on the right day.

My lady has Covid so we have put it off , it is the longest time a tree and decorations have been up in our home.
