"Donald Trump today told a crowd of supporters in Phoenix, Arizona, that he plans to “stop the transgender lunacy” once he returns to the White House. Trump spoke at the Turning Point Action event at AmericaFest 2024, which also featured Steve Bannon, Tucker Carlson, Matt Gaetz and Sen. Ted Cruz.

“With the stroke of my pen on day one, we’re going to stop the transgender lunacy,” Trump said. “And I will sign executive orders to end child sexual mutilation, get transgender out of the military and out of our elementary schools and middle schools and high schools.”

“And we will keep men out of women’s sports,” he continued. “And that will likewise be done on day one. Should I do day one, day two, or day three? How about day one, right?”

“Under the Trump administration, it will be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female. Doesn’t sound too complicated, does it?” Trump concluded."

Before getting into the points he made one thing that doesn't sit well with me is how every 4 or 8 years the new president undo's the laws passed by the previous administration. Now about his points I agree with every single thing he said and hope he does what he said.

The minute you start discriminating against people because of their sexuality, religion, color of their skin or anything else like that is when bad things happen.

The ONLY exception I agree with him on is when it comes to sports. Physically there is a difference between men and women and there's nothing that can be done about that

But mark my words, this is pure and simple discrimination. 60 years ago a black child couldn't go to a white school. 80 years ago a woman couldn't vote. Now we look back on those decisions and realize they were wrong. How long will it take us to realize this is wrong too ?????

Most sports already have gender testing so there really is no need to make this a major political issue

The only reason Trump is making a big issue of transgenders is simple........ THEY ARE AN EASY TARGET !!!!

True but most sports already have gender separation. Thats why you dont see men and women boxing or playing in football leagues together. NOBODY is suggesting that Mike Tyson should be allowed to beat up females or that women should be allowed in the NBA. That's just Trump trying to paint the democrats as radical nuts. All this crap about getting transgenders out of the military, out of schools etc is just pure and simple discrimination.

A person should not be judged on their sexuality because they don't have any choice over it. Just like they don't have any choice of the color of their skin
