Erm YEAH. He wrote an essay in 2021 in which he not only declared that Ukraine had no right to exist, but also that the Baltic States and even parts of Finland should be under Russian control. It shocked political leaders all across the world (I think it was Boris Johnson who compared it to reading Mein Kampf).

If Ukraine is part of Russia then why not Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia or Moldova ???? They all became independent states after the collapse of the Soviet Union just like Ukraine

In geopolitics, you dont back down just because one side threatens to use nukes if he doesn't get his own way. The minute you do, you'll be in a global war for sure. What if China threatens to use nukes too ? Should we back down and give them Taiwan ???? That's what your suggesting

Man you really buy into some bullshit - There was no way on gods green earth that NATO had any plans to invade Russia !!!!

Firstly NATO is a defensive organization. Article 5 can only be triggered if you are attacked, not if you attack someone else. Secondly ALL member states would need to agree for something like that to happen and they simply wouldn't. Half of them weren't even spending the recommended 2% GDP on NATO until this war started and thirdly WHY would NATO want to invade Russia in the first place ???
