squirrel is good - easy to shoot (where legal) and tasty to fry

rabbit is lots of white meat, very little fat

frogs are juicier than rabbit - especially when you gig your own

snipe is mostly dark meat, quail is mostly white meat

i prefer snipe to quail - it's tastier
