Just had this in my inbox from Dating Factory. €2 a month if your production is below the stated number.

Dear Partner,
In an ongoing effort to improve and optimize our service, we will be applying a €2 monthly fee to all White Label Sites with less than 10 payments per month, starting on the 15th of August. This small fee is for the monitoring services we are now using to comply with Visa and Mastercard rules.
Important Details:

This fee applies to recurring payments and payments made by new members.
The fees will not go into effect for any accounts until the end of August 2018, at which time the first fees will be calculated and applied for accounts that have not met the 10 sale minimum for that month.
After August 2018, all accounts will continue to be monitored at the end of each month and any applicable fees will be applied.
As an exception to the policies stated above, there will be a 90-Day Grace Period for any NEW White Label Sites created.

Partners with sites that do not meet the sales minimum have the following options:

Continue using their White Labels at the new rate.
Redirect traffic to offers on Geoearnings.com. Geoearnings has Dating Factory Sites that can be promoted on PPS and Rev Share.
Increase traffic to hit the minimum 10 sales per month, and the fee will be waived for all URLs on the account.

We always aim to provide the best possible support to partners who use our White Label Sites for their businesses. We also want to make sure we can offer great dating sites as promos that are ready to be used, without you having to spend resources reworking the design and feel.
