I think it depends on how big a customer you are for them

We are with https://opti9tech.com/ (formerly Webair) and they always answer our support tickets within 10 mins or so (but then we have 7 servers and a whole bunch of other stuff with them)

I also like the fact that they have direct chat in their admin area so its not just a case of filling out a form and waiting for a reply. You can open up a direct chat with their support guys straight away

Yep its pretty much all the same people we were dealing with at Webair and from the same data center in NY. I think it was simply a management buyout by Opti9tech
