It is not impossible or even that hard to become complaint over this new legislation, why would you close down your sites over it.

Not read of any major sites that are affected yet again the big sites probably have good legal advice and meet new laws before hand.

Even I figured out how to comply with this rule, so if a site can not figure it out it is good for the net that they go offline.
