Before the first 2 cups I'm no good to work, black with 1 tea spoon of brown sugar and I'm all good in the morning.

occasional crunch indeed, that doesn't really bother my taste buds too much though, but nothing better than a hot black cup of coffee no sugar no nothing. I've not tried the Keurig i'll give it a go.

I have been drinking Nescafe instant coffee for donkey's years, I switched to decaf Nescafe a few years back and it is still my favorite brand. I also stopped putting sugar in it as par tof my type 2 control efforts.

I came back from my family doctor today and he has asked me to stop drinking coffee or switch to de-caffinated coffee. I have been suffering from anxiety for a few months, I thought it was work stress and money concerns. He said it is anxiety and drinking coffee all day does not help. Who would have known.
