A PAXUM update !

Well after how long what 6 - 8 weeks ? maybe a bit more I forgot, Paxum called the cell phone to arrange delivery of a new card !!! that is apparently coming via a courier service still not received it yet but it is looking promising now I shall let you know when I physically have my paws on it.... or not.

as far as i know paxum does not ship the card. omg what if they ship it to paxum first?? maybe that is the long wait

That's interesting becasue the woman that called spoke fluently in the local language here so fuck knows who ships the card or where it go's first and then after that...
It's been a few days now and no update from either the courier or Paxum as to when it's going to arrive but I do know the courier they are using in this case is fucking shit, local delivery can take a week and if it's coming from over the pond well that's about 2 weeks all working on the assumption they don't fuck up and send it to fucking China first like they usually do then tell me there was either nobody of that name at the supplied address or the address was none existent... of course it is becasue I'm not in bastard China !

I read that also but I think that applies to their replacement cards as far as I can gather... this is a new account so in theory the bastard card should work.

When I lost my Amex card a few years ago while on vacation, they shipped me a replacement card in 48 hours, that is what I call service. Good luck with the new card Andy.

Thanks Jag apparently it should arrive on the 26th so they have informed me... we shall see

As for AMEX yeah I dunno what their charges are now but at one time they were fucking high just for the privilege of having the card customer support back then was ok but nothing to get excited about... I think it was their gold card I had back then I think the limit was either a few million or unlimited don't recall exactly... but what I recall is hardly anywhere in the North East of the UK would accept the fucking card !!!! some places did not know what it was and those who did know did not believe that a scruffy Northerner would legally have such a card !... so in reality it was useless to me.
