I predict Biden will quit the race by next week today if not sooner.

I think Biden should step aside. Michelle Obama would probably be the most popular ticket but Im not sure how they could go about doing it this late in the race

What suprises me is that, with all Biden's gaffes and bumbling speeches, Trump isn't 20 or 30 points ahead but he's not. There's only around 5 points in it which just shows that there is a LOT of anti Trump feeling out there

Dont know about the US, but its happened here in the UK. Churchill was voted out of office after the war but came back to serve as prime minister again in the 50s

I predicted Joe Biden would drop out of his reelection campaign effort this weekend and he did

I think this was the right move. He clearly wasn't the same guy he was back in 2020

It also means republicans cant use Biden's age as a campaign tactic so it will be interesting to see what happens now

When you are at the top of your game you should quit, I see singers, bands and politicians miss this point. It is a shame and embarrassing to see a once mega star singer , band or politician be asked to get out. ABBA were offered millions to reunite for years and they made the right decision not ot do t for the money, they wanted to be remembered at their peak. Sure they made got together 40 years later in 2021 their album Voyage which went online in a virtual concert series in 2022.
My 2 cents is quit at your peak not when you are pulling 70,000 people in a live concert at the top of your game and have to do 100 people gigs when no one cares about you.
