Has Paypal banned Ukrainian accounts

Has Paypal banned Ukrainian accounts, I heard from a 3rd sponsor today asking me to give them an alternative method of payment, they no longer pay out with PP. All three are represented here by reps, where I found them so you know.

Not as far as I know. The programs themselves might be having financial issues and claiming that paypal has taken away their account OR they have lost their paypal account for some reason.

If you're inside the US and only dealing in US currency it's fine. On the other hand, if you need to change currency, their exchange rates are ridiculous and they tend to sneak in hidden fees where ever possible. I've also had my account locked for no good reason on several occasions, despite being ID verified.

I try my best to avoid them these days and stick with Wise or Revolut wherever possible.
