I had the same nightmare again last night

This dream one more correctly nightmare happens to me once a month or so. I am have to go down this staircase and the walls get so barrow I get stuck,when i wake up I am all freaked out,what can this mean.

Just a crazy guess, how did you get here. You came through a narrow opening, unless you were a Cesarean section (C-section) baby. Could it be you are having a dream of your birth, just thinking out loud.

When I was 5 or 6 years old I used to have nightmares I think all children have them, with adults that is not common if it bothers you why not go see a doctor they can direct you to the right people.
