Growing your own vegetables

This year I have this fetish to grow as many of my own vegetables as I can, not to save money but to eat healthier. Any gardeners here who grow their own veggies, what do you grow.

Tomatoes are very easy to grow, I have plants that grow 4 feet high all the time and give plenty of fruit. They like sun and water.In a couple of months I'll posts some photos here.

My neighbour has a vegetable garden and tells me he eats fresh vegetables but then he goes uses fertilizers and sprays some of the plants with insecticides. Go figure man.

Best reply to the age old question. I grow my own vegetables then they go throw on all sort of chemicals.

I buy organic vegetables, fruits and free range chicken. It cost a few cents more but why ingest all those bad chemicals. Why do you think obesity, diabetes, cancer and other health conditions exploding everywhere.

We went from raising chickens, sheep, cows for milk. Growing our own produce, it seems society is going backwards now.
