Is it still a German car if it is not built in Germany
BMW builds 3 series in Mexico, Mercedes builds a bunch of vehicle types in America, Audi builkds cars in India and other places. So are these still considered German cars?

You realize Mini's and Rolls Royce vehicles are in essence BMW owned brands, heck they even send over the bodies from Germany and Rolls do the final assembly.
