Always wanted to make my own wine,any of you here do own wine making.

I drink wine but have no idea how to make it or what type of wine goes with what type of food. It's red or white for me.

Amen I don't drink as I used to but the occasional glass of wine with dinner hits the spot, especially a nice Cabernet Sauvignon
