Good day,

I hope you are very well.

Recently I have been involved in call center issues, but for some time now most calls go directly to Voicemail.
Any idea why that happens?

It is when the operator calls the client that it immediately falls to voicemail, 90% of the time.

If you change your number you will get off the list. That is the only way they black list you by your phone number.

Only issue with getting a new number is you have to go give it to all past contacts, that is a pain in the ass.
