You do realize each side kills the soldiers of the other side right, if they are fleeing they will get shot and killed, it's called war. Once they surrender and have been taken into custody the Geneva Convention outlines minimal standards on the treatment of these soldiers. This story is pure bs. They lost Avdivka and will lose way more territory and men unless they come to their senses sit down make a peace deal. By deal it is now too late they had one a month after the war started but they ripped it up. Thank you Boris Johnson.

The deal now is whatever the Russians tell them to take they will have no other choice. The only choice they have to make is how many more hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians they want slaughtered and how much more land they want to lose. It's over I said this when it started, make a deal, they had no chance in hell to beat the Russians.

I'll say it again the Russians will take everything east of the Dnipro river and Odessa. I feel terrible for any human loss put an end to this madness save lives.

Because he has hijacked the aid to Ukraine AND Israel, despite both republicans and democrats voting overwhelmingly to support both countries.

The ONLY reason the aid has stopped it because a small band of republicans led by Trump have decided NOT to bring it to the floor for a vote. A vote that would likely see it pass.

Its a standard political tactic. Create as much chaos as you can in the run up to the election and then you can blame it all on Biden. Its the same reason they sank the bill to fix the border

And as I said, its NOT just Ukraine he is betraying here, it's ALL his NATO allies. The EU has committed more aid to Ukraine than the US and all of it will be in vain because of what Trump is doing.

He has left his NATO allies standing out in the cold and I can tell you that there is very little trust over here that we can count on the US anymore whilst Trump is around

Of course he has refused. The war has already started and the whole world warned Putin that he would face dire consequences if he went ahead and invaded Ukraine. Biden said it many times and dozens of world leaders went to the Kremlin personally and told him that we would stand by Ukraine. Even the republicans voted to support Ukraine in the event of war.

We cannot now back down to Putin's aggression just because Trump says so. That's like saying Winston Churchill should have picked up the phone to have a chat with Hitler during world war 2 !

Ukraine is like a drowning person, if you try rescue them they will pull you under water hoping to get out and live. They are taking hundreds of billions of cash form us, our weapon systems and ammo. It is a losing war. We have to start thinking about America first.
