I think part of the problem with lousy reps is that most dont seem to be paid on commission

In a previous life, I was sales director for a large computer manufacturer and the only way to incentivise reps is to make a good part of their salary based on commission. In other words, they only get paid if the affiliates they bring on board are making money

Giving them a flat salary regardless of perfomance just doesn't work. They need to be hungry to make sure you affiliates are earning

it's too late for reps. nats base is way lower now. ccbill even lower. no more reps.... raising payout gets rid a lot of convo
