This one has been debunked over and over again. Just google the phrase "van allen belt moon landing" and you'll see tons of information about how it was possible (or click Or click https://www.google.com/search?q=van+all ... on+landing)

We routinely cross the Van Allen belts with every space craft we send out going right back to the early 60s. Even Van Allen himself calculated that it was possible to fly through the weaker regions of the belt

It was James Van Allen himself who discovered it was possible to fly through the weaker region of the belt (the so called "slot" region) so long as you do it quickly
