From their terms page it is owned by "PANVY LTD" and I looked that up. It is a UK registered company owned by some 22 year old "Meerim Normatova" from Kyrgyzstan

Do what i do if a rep does not reply by next day dump their links and move on. There is no reason for lack lustre or non-existent support in 2024.
