Jeez I thought this was over a long time ago.

He was handed a prop gun, he was acting, he did not mean to kill her or anyone, find out why there was a live bullet in the gun, he is not responsible. This is bullshit trying to pin the accidental death of Hutchinson on Baldwin. Someone fucked up it was not his fault.

"Involuntary" means what it says, the maximum prison sentence if he is convicted is 18 months, he will probably get a suspended sentence if found guilty. I hope they find him not guilty any how.

The story that will not go away. I really believe it was an accident, he's an actor he was given a gun to act with, he did not do it intentionally and yes I understand what involuntary manslaughter is, but they need to find out how the gun got a bullet in it that was handed to him.

He's got money and will get good lawyers to defend himself , this is all a waste of time, sorry they are putting him and his family through it.

Just make a plea deal save the hassle and money even if you are innocent, go for a year suspended sentence or some thing.

Why if he believes he is innocent which i think he is, why accept a criminal conviction on his record.

I "guess" they are charging him not because he was the actor that pulled the trigger but because he was also the producer

Either way I will be amazed if he is convicted.

It got in the4 gun some how, figure that out is what i would be asking, not whether Baldwin pulled the trigger of a stunt gun or it went off by itself. Why was there a live bullet in the gun used on a film set.Not saying it was there on purpose or someone knew it was there it might have been in the box of bullets that were brought to the set, but figure this one out.
