My sites were very slow to load open so i wrote a ticket to the server admins they resolved it and replied.

"Hello. The issue was related to your server network connections and mysql instance.

We restarted mysql and web-services.

Please clean your browser and DNS-cache and try one more time"

What does that mean in plain English and what caused it so I can try not have the same problem come up again.
