'The Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday declared former President Donald Trump ineligible for the White House under the U.S. Constitution’s insurrection clause and removed him from the state’s presidential primary ballot, setting up a likely showdown in the nation’s highest court to decide whether the front-runner for the GOP nomination can remain in the race.

The decision from a court whose justices were all appointed by Democratic governors marks the first time in history that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate.

“A majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment,” the court wrote in its 4-3 decision.'

I agree and the other thing his popularity will go up even more, people are not dumb they see how the system is being used to stop him form running and winning. I have never seen one candidate ever be so scary to the establishment where they try everything under the sun to disqualify him from higher office. Well JFK would be the other one.

I'd have to disagree with you there. The people aren't dumb but neither are the democrats.

If all these indictments were an attempt by the democrats to stop Trump from running then they can see that each new indictment plays right into Trumps playbook

My guess is the last thing democrats want is yet another ruling like this that Trump can use to his advantage
