paying someone with a credit card

I want to sell this cat 3 links on my sites and he has a problem. His paypal was closed, both his cards are blocked when he tries to pay my PP invoice, I think he used both at one time on his PP accounts. So how can he pay me thru paypal is there any other solution?
It is not much $60 per link per site so total $180.

It works like a charm

You can create cards that are locked to specific payees and you can create one time burner cards. I think you can have up to 12 cards open at a time under the free plan. It keeps you from having to use your actual cards on the web and it's wonderful to use for free trial offers. I been using them for a couple years now. You simply hook a bank account to it. It'll also process refunds without issue. You can hook up and remove your funding source at will.

You don't need a PayPal account anymore to pay with PayPal correct? Privacy provides you with burner debit cards bearing the visa logo that will use your bank account to pay. It's sort of a pass-thru. I can't remember if set up was instant for me or if it took a couple hours. I know it didn't take more than a day. Test it yourself before you recommend it, it's free.
