do traffic companies sell their junk to each other?

having tried 5 companies now they all say they have quality traffic, I lost $300 with each on the test buy, one made 1 sale the other 4 absolutely zero sales. Am I right in thinking they all sell the same crap to each other and we end up buying junk no matter who we buy it from?

There is so much bot traffic about these days and the bots are so clever that there is no way of telling whats real traffic and whats fake

Chances are you are just buying bot traffic
