Hi can you tell me how to make a web page fill the full width on any size desktop or laptop and also on mobile phones. Is there a code for each or some plugin.

Yep totally agree. Once you get your head round it, it makes responsive website designs so much quicker and easier.

It can be very fast too. We broke down the actual css files themselves, stripping out anything we didnt use, then inlining the critical css for the above-the-fold content and finally using media queries to load the remaining css depending on screen size. Brought our whole CSS files down to around 24k
