Covid number 2

Well I tested positive for the second time yesterday, had it in mid-August and had a hunch I had it again on Sunday but tested negative Monday but bingo it came back the dreaded 2 red lines lol.

It feels just like the first time, body aches, head hurts, eyes feel like the sockets they are in should be bigger, tired, sleepy, lack of energy, now for the 2 bad ones. Temperature is around 39C all the time since yesterday and the cough, that dry cough is worse this time round. No loss of appetite,taste or smell. I am back to living in one room alone for the next week, actually I moved in there Monday I had a good inclination it was covid.

That's it for now, it still feels like a bad cold to me, I have had worse colds as a kid.

Maybe you've got a different variant this time as that's pretty quick to be getting it again. Iv'e had Delta and Omicron and Delta was the one that floored me. The cough just seemed to last for weeks, even after I tested negative

Thanks Adrian, I was thinking it is another variant because from my limited knowledge I was assuming the body would have developed some immunity to the variant I had the first time. It does not feel good by any means but it is not as bad as I always thought it could be. I try to grin and bear it. I can either let negative events in my life affect me or not care about them. I prefer the latter.

I am guessing the 2 times I have had it now are Omicron variants.

Life changed for all of us in early 2020 with a word I had never heard of, Covid-19 and it carries on to affect us.

Whatever variant this is, I can tell it's more potent than the first one I had, this everything I feel is rougher and the cough is very bad.

I tested negative just now, the cough disappears all will be good.
