Heya - I got a heads up about this today and working with the team to sort this out. Sorry for the issues....but got devs on it.

He might be sick, have covid, on vacation, let go, busy, lousy at his job....take your pick . If I need support and my rep is not replying I write or use the contact form on the site,that is all I can do.
