So you make $00 they go put stolen content on your domain, you get busted for copyright and 2257 now how do you feel about it.
This is not how it works.

FFS people
If you are not an attorney, I suggest you do not give legal advice.

In many states it is a felony to give legal advice, all others it is a misdemeanor.

Take the cash!

If you are worried, create a simple lease agreement, that is what I do.
Similar to leasing my buildings.

I don't get arrested when my renters break the law, THEY DO!

DMCA is easy to deal with.
2257 are also.

Emails are proof enough in most cases I have experienced.

Should I assume you think I do not know that is the perfect defense and his intentions?

You can pay me five million dollars I will not let anyone use one of my domains. So much can go wrong. You are the registered owner of record for the domain, they use it for illegal purposes or upload illegal content you are going away, and I don't mean on a cruise vacation. What if they spam an email address on that domain you are also going to be in trouble.

Have them buy it, transfer the ownership let them do whatever they want otherwise don't do the rent thing, it trust me.
Great advice 34ddww

Glad you see it my way too, so many simply think because you can prove you leased the domain out you are in the clear. I do not see that holding up if they do some 'bad' stuff with your domain.
