Getting worried I might have sleep apnea
I can not get to sleep and when I do I wake up every hour and a half or 2 hours. What should I do.

I have the same issue and THC gummies knocked me out and kept me from waking up throughout the night. Try taking an indica (in da couch) strain before bed and see if that helps. Lumigummies.com

It’s actually a medical condition people tend to think of it as not sleeping

My sister has it and she even spent 2 nights at the hospital with monitors to try get more information about her sleep habits, they tried some pills but it never went away,it is the one thing she has that bothers here a lot. I wish you well OP. When I do not get a nice 7 hour sleep at night my whole day is ruined,I sympathize with you and others with sleep problems.

Stop drinking coffee, tea and energy drinks after lunch, they have caffeine which does not help you doze off.

Caffeine is not going to help you sleep but sleep apnea is more than having a few extra coffees during the day hon. My sister has it and it is not just a case of she can not sleep all night. It makes her very uncomfortable every day.

Every thing to do with health comes to stress and what you eat

Over eating late at night gives me sleeping problems. You might think about your eating habits too.
