Sexual assault investigation initiated

Okay I don't get all the drama over this, if he went up to the player kissed her on the lips and it was not consensual this is a clear cut case of he should be fired, not allowed to take any part in the Spanish football league ever again and that is it. If some manager at a company went up to an employee and kissed her on the lips without her permission he would have been forced to resign and or fired period.

I do not know what the nuances of the case are but from what I have seen posted it is a clear cut case of unwarranted sexual harassment. Stop wasting evreyone's time with investigations, the guys mother going oin a hunger strike is pointless. Just call up your son say hey you should not have done that. What am I missing here.

What gives any man or woman the right to walk up to another person kiss them on the lips. It is wrong it is sexual harassment and it should be dealt with in a way that no one else takes it upon themself to repeat this act.

I do get he might have got all excited about them winning the game but that does not give him the right to do what he did unless he and the player are in a relationship or both consented to the kiss. Now if everyone was giving each other a peck on the cheek it would not be the same as him kissing her on the lips.

Spanish people are very passionate and kiss each other all the time, not in a sexual way, he probably got carried away and did not think twice about his kiss and let his emotions get the better of him. If he had grabbed her tits or ass then I can see the sexual claim, a kiss is just a kiss. This is being made into a big story for no reason.

Sexual assault it might be but that is not how I see it, sexual assault would be grabbing a woman by her boobs, a simple kiss is not assault, I think he got carried away in the excitement of the moment.
