Mindgeek may not have a choice but to fight the trade mark if it is trade marked by them or they may lose the mark, that is the law.

If you drive across Los Angeles, you'll find many instances where places have cribbed the PornHub logo. I can think of a joint on Reseda Blvd north of Nordhoff in The Valley.

Lack of enforcement is a major flaw in Trademark suits. They should have been on this over 10 years ago.
