I just tested positive for Covid-19

Apparently the symptoms have changed now with new versions of omicron evolving all the time

When I had delta in 2021 it was all about the cough which lasted for weeks, even after i tested negative. No headaches or body aches. Then my father had it last month and he had serious diarrhoea and headaches but no cough

Delta was a bad variant and more dangerous form all I have read, I think this is one of the Omicron variants and possibly the latest one EG.5

I was very sick for 2 days after my 3rd vaccine shot, this is nothing as bad. yes tired, yes body aches, headache, sleepy all the time and the temperature is around 38.5C which is not that bad I have had 102 in the past.

If you had 3 shots of vaccine that might be why you have not come down very sick

My third one was in January 2022, it might explain things not being so harsh but I think the vaccine’s effectiveness has diminished by now, if anything I think the later variants of Omicron are not as rough as the units virus that came out.

The cough and fever was the worst when I had it in 2021.

I woke up this morning no more pain of any type, it is as if I never had the virus, that was not as bad as I had imagined, back to normal. I'll still stay away form everyone for the next few days because I might not have symptoms any more but I am sure the virus is still shedding.
