If you are below the minimum payout can they keep your earnings

After some analysis of my sponsor stats I have decided to drop 7 sponsors and have earnings with them, but none of them replies to my emails telling me if they will pay me and close the account, is this legal.

Unfortunately yes. When you register with them, you agree to their terms and conditions which will probably state a minimum payout somewhere

Do you have any rebilling users with them ? Maybe the rebills will take you over the minimum

Not many of us read the terms of a program we go for the payout percentage, how often they pay and method of payment, that is about it for me,the truth is we need to read the whole thing & not come back complain later.

As a program owner, there has to be some kind of minimum payout. Otherwise we can get affiliates demanding we pay them like $20. It would cost us more than that to process the payment

ALL SPONSORS HAVE MINIMUM PAYOUTS !!! We have to, otherwise whats to stop you making one sale and then demanding we send you your $20 or whatever ??? It costs us way more than that simply to process the payment so we end up making a loss

Even ccbill have minimum payouts between are $50 - $100 depending on your payout method

And like Butcher says, if your whining over $20 then we really dont want your busines

What you dont realise is that it would cost us $25 to wire the money or $75 to load money into our paxum account ($25 bank fee + $50 charge from Paxum) and even if we sent you a check, your bank will likely return it as un-ecanomical to process. Its an international check and we have seen several returned by the bank if they are less than $100

All sponsors have to have some kind of minimum payout. Im simply using the $20 as an example of what can happen if sponsors DONT have a minimum payout
