does dying bother you
When you are over 70 you know your days are numbered and lately I have been thinking how the day will come when I pass on.The only thing keeping me up is thinking what if I am bed ridden and on life support,I want to die in my sleep not sick for month on end. Is this asking too much?

Dying is a natural part of the cycle. Nothing to be scared of. I just hope that when the end comes it won't be violent or painful. If you're worried about being bedridden, relying on others and slowly wasting away, it might be a good idea to put your wishes on paper. Such as a do not resuscitate order, final will and testament, power of attorney, etc. Then sit back and enjoy each day that you have left. There's no sense in worrying about the inevitable.

I take everyday and try enjoy every moment for what it is. I stopped rushing around about 2 years ago. I’m no longer the first car past when the light turns green I enjoy the drive and not try race to the next light before it turns red.
Something dawned on me during the pandemic that it’s more fun not stressing about everything and making the most of life.
No not age just a different outlook on life.

If I was in pain all the time and had stage 4 cancer I would go for it.
